It’s safety first with Automated, Robotic Parking

I read an article the other day whose opening line was “Next time you barricade yourself inside a parking garage with an AK-47, keep an eye out for the flying garbage can.” The Miami-Dade Police Department has received the first permit issued by the Federal Aviation Administration to fly two robotic planes that would allow them surveillance ability without putting persons at risk during a standoff with a shooter that has a long rifle.
My immediate thought was that this would never be a problem in an automated, robotic garage. Give me a call and I will be happy to discuss parking alternatives that can prevent someone wanting to barricade themselves inside your “parking garage with an AK-47.” Safety for the people and cars is one of the main benefits of robotic parking systems.
