The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority approved land use application Tuesday for the construction of a high rise condominium near Revel. Lazocean Development will build 124 units, with boardwalk retail, indoor and outdoor swimming and state of the art robotic parking, among many other features between Metropolitan and Rhode Island Avenues.
Officials say the construction in the South Inlet area attracts private money into the future development of Atlantic City and the Tourism District.
